Job Description:

Mersin Inc. - agent for HOMMER &GREE home appliances and air conditioning- announces the following job vacancies
 
  1. Human Resources Supervisor (middle management position- reporting directly to HR Manager)

Main tasks:
Supervises all human resources programs and policies including staffing, compensation, benefits, employee relations, training, and health and safety programs. Ensure all of these activities are implemented in accordance with the company polices and within the legal requirements.
Qualifications and Experience:
 
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or other  related area
  • Experience of not less than 6 years in the field of human resources, at least two of them in a supervisory position
  • Computer skills (MS Office and Internet)
  • Arabic language proficiency and a good level of English.
     
  1. Administrative Services Supervisor (middle management position- reporting directly to HR Manager)
     
Main Tasks
Supervises the daily operation of administrative support services. Oversees, and performs clerical and administrative tasks. Establishes work procedures and standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness of assigned operations. Responsible for ensuring compliance with government standards and legal requirements. Reviewing and evaluating the work and performance of subordinates.
 Qualifications and Experience:
 
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or other related specialty.
  • Experience of not less than 6 years in the field of administrative services, at least two of them in a supervisory position
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Internet Offs)
  • Arabic language proficiency and a good level of English.
     
  1. Receptionist and Admin Assistant 
 
Main Tasks:
Deal with customers’ quires and requests.  Provide admin assistances and clerical work.
Qualifications and Experience:
 
  • A high school diploma or equivalent - preferably a higher diploma or a degree in business management
  • Experience of not less than two years in the same field
  • Computer skills.
  • Excellent customer services skills.
  • Good Arabic language and an average level of English.
